做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
