做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
