做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
