做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
