做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
