做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
