做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
