做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
