做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
