做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在(zài )锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
