做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
