做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡(pào )软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
