做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
