做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放(fàng )入(rù )煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
