做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半(bàn )小时(shí ),下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
