做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调(diào )味即可(kě )品尝。 -
