做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
