做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
