做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
