做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
