做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
