做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
