做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
