做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
