做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
