做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
