做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一(yī )小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个(gè )半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
