做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
