做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
