做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏(yì )米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
