做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
