做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
