做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
