做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
