做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
