做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
