做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
