做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
