做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
