做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
