做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
