做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
