做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
