做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
