做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
