做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
