做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
