做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其他材(cái )料,武(wǔ )火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个(gè )半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
