做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
