做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
